Role-based Access
Access permissions to SalesGRID are based on roles, not individuals. We recommend implementing the least privilege principle for access permissions as a best practice.
Data Sovereignty
All data is hosted in the Syndey, Australia region.
Reliability
SalesGRID is designed for high performance and availability and is built on best-in-class Cloud Provider Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Durability
AWS S3 is used for content storage and provides 99.999999999% data durability. Copies of all data uploaded to Amazon S3 stored across multiple devices in a single AWS Region.
Disaster Recovery
SalesGRID maintains daily Database Backups to enable swift disaster recovery.
